D-Robotics Raises $150 Million Series B2, Expands Global Embodied AI Ecosystem

Shenzhen-based D-Robotics, a key player in robot computing chips, has successfully closed a $150 million B2 financing round, bringing its total Series B funding to $270 million. The round was led by a major retail technology and supply chain giant, Didi Global, and Prosperity7 Ventures, joined by GL Ventures, Temasek-backed Vertex Growth, and 5Y Capital. D-Robotics specializes in creating computing platforms and software infrastructure for consumer robots and embodied AI, with core offerings including the RDK S600 computing development platform, HoloBrain, and HoloMotion AI model systems. The company reported a 180 percent year-over-year increase in shipments and 200 percent growth in its customer base, supporting over 100 distinct robot products. Its global developer community has surpassed 100,000 members across North America, Europe, and Asia. Spun off from the AIoT division of autonomous driving chip developer Horizon Robotics, D-Robotics aims to replicate Horizon's successful chip plus toolchain plus algorithm strategy within the robotics industry.
