Mifeng Technology, a physical AI data service platform incubated by AgiBot, has completed a new Angel+ strategic financing round worth hundreds of millions of yuan. The round was led by Guofang Ventures, with participation from Futeng Capital, Shanghai Dianke Fund, Yuanqi Innovation, and follow-on investments from existing shareholders Junpu Intelligence and DGG VGC.

The investor lineup features a strong presence of Shanghai state capital. Guofang Ventures and Futeng Capital will help Mifeng build a national-level data element trading platform node in Shanghai, while Shanghai Dianke Fund, leveraging resources from the National Robot Testing and Assessment Center and the National Robot Standardization Technical Committee, will provide support in industry standard setting and ecosystem development.

Founded in February 2026 and headquartered in Shanghai, Mifeng Technology is led by Yao Maoqing, an AgiBot partner who serves as Chairman and CEO. The company focuses on physical AI data collection, processing, and trading services, addressing what Yao calls the 'data desert' facing the embodied intelligence industry — where physical AI real-world interaction data is less than 1/20,000th of that available to large language models.

'Customers tell us: How much data do you have? I'll buy it all! When can you deliver? I need it now!' Yao said, describing the intense demand for high-quality embodied data.

Mifeng has launched the MEgo series of sensor-free data collection hardware, featuring the MEgo View head-mounted and wrist dual-angle device and the MEgo Gripper two-finger claw, enabling 'walk-and-collect' operation that allows ordinary people to capture high-quality data without specialized robots. The company's MEgo Engine platform provides a full-chain automated data processing pipeline.

Mifeng aims to achieve tens of millions of hours of data capacity in 2026, scaling to 10 billion hours by 2030, building what it calls the 'water and electricity' infrastructure for embodied intelligence.
