Boston Dynamics a dévoilée la version de production de l'Atlas au CES 2026, marquant la transition du robot de plateforme de recherche à produit commercial. L'Atlas prêt pour la production mesure 1,9 mètre de hauteur avec une portée maximale de 2,3 mètres, pèse 90 kg tout en offrant une capacité de levage de 50 kg grâce à sa construction légère en alliage aluminium-titane. Boston Dynamics projette une capacité de production annuelle de 30 000 unités d'ici 2028. Toutes les unités de production 2026 sont déjà attribuées au Centre d'Application Robotique de Hyundai et à Google DeepMind.
