Vancouver, British Columbia — First Hydrogen Corp. (TSXV: FHYD) has provided an update on its binding letter of intent to acquire a 60% interest in a robotics technology company focused on actuation gearbox and high-performance motor technologies.
Strategic Acquisition Details
The transaction includes 26 issued and 10 pending patents covering actuation gearbox and high-performance motor lines. These technologies have been tested and successfully deployed in robotics, automotive, and packaging applications worldwide.
The actuators combine human-like dexterity with machine precision, converting electrical energy into controlled motion that enables robotic systems to perform complex, repetitive, and hazardous tasks traditionally dependent on manual labour.
Humanoid Robotics Expansion
As part of its broader robotics and AI strategy, First Hydrogen has incorporated First Humanoid Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary intended to hold, develop and commercialize IP related to robotics, humanoid robotics, autonomous systems and AI-enabled technologies.
Morgan Stanley Research estimates the humanoids market could reach US$5 trillion by 2050, with potentially more than 1 billion humanoids in use globally.
Transaction Terms
First Hydrogen will acquire the 60% interest by issuing two million common shares and financing US$2 million in stages, subject to mutually agreed budgets and TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
