Faraday Future Enters a New Era of Embodied AI
On June 17, 2026, Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) hosted its full-form EAI Robot World & Education Ecosystem launch event at its new Silicon Beach headquarters, unveiling four new robots and the world's first Three-in-One EAI Robotics Education Ecosystem.
All-New Futurist: First U.S. Humanoid with NVIDIA Sonic
The All-New Futurist is the first full-size humanoid robot in the U.S. to natively support NVIDIA Sonic's full-body motion control system:
- Height/Weight: ~173 cm (5'8"), ~55 kg (121 lbs) — 14% lighter than previous generation
- DoF: 31 degrees of freedom (excluding hands)
- Torque: 320 N·m peak knee-joint torque
- Speed: Up to ~5 m/s (11 mph) — capable of running
- Battery: 1,152 Wh dual-battery system, 6 hours runtime (3x previous gen), auto-charging
- Brain: VLA + World Model architecture
- Future Ultra variant: Will feature NVIDIA Jetson Thor
FX Navi: Education Quadruped at $1,990
FF launched the FX Navi — the first foundational EAI learning quadruped robot in the U.S., priced at $1,990, making it the only sub-$2,000 quadruped supporting secondary development. Key features: 12 joint motors, 46.5x20x51.5 cm, 8 kg, smartphone-powered brain (iOS/Android), 3D-printable head module, visual programming platform, and Skill Store.
Master Mini & Nova
FF also gave a preview of two upcoming humanoids: Master Mini (~1m tall, education & sports competition) and Nova (~50cm, entry-level education & companion).
World's First Three-in-One EAI Education Ecosystem
FF launched a comprehensive education ecosystem covering:
- EAI education robotic devices (Navi, Aegis, Master, Futurist)
- EAI education brain & open developer platform (Brain Blocks, EAI Soul, Create Studio, SDK/API)
- EAI education ecosystem products (curriculum, Skill Store)
The open-source developer platform is now live with Youth Edition, supporting developers aged 6-18, educators, and professionals. FF also announced the FF Robotics PAR (Partner) Program for global collaboration.
