Meta Completes Acquisition of Assured Robot Intelligence

Meta announced on May 1, 2026 the completion of its acquisition of Assured Robot Intelligence. The ARI team will integrate into Meta Superintelligence Labs, working with Meta Robotics Studio to advance humanoid robotics hardware and AI technology. Meta plans to open developed technologies to the industry.
