137 Ventures Raises 700M USD to Focus on AI Agents and Robotics

137 Ventures has successfully secured over 700 million USD through two new funds, raising its assets under management (AUM) to over 15 billion USD as it deepens its investment in AI agents, robotics, advanced industries, and a stake in SpaceX valued at more than 10 billion USD.

The growth-stage firm plans to allocate this new capital to invest in transformative technologies emphasizing AI agents, robotics, and cutting-edge aerospace propulsion. Recent portfolio additions include Cognition, Impulse Space, Hadrian, and Physical Intelligence, startups dedicated to AI copilots, in-space logistics, automated precision manufacturing, and embodied AI respectively.

137 Ventures founder Justin Fishner-Wolfson revealed the firm holds shares in SpaceX valued at well over 10 billion USD, comprising more than 1% of the company ownership. If SpaceX proceeds with a highly anticipated IPO at a valuation surpassing 1 trillion USD, this investment could become one of the most successful single positions in modern venture capital history.
