Figure Achieves 24x Production Increase: From 1 Robot Per Day to 1 Per Hour

Figure AI has announced a breakthrough in humanoid robot manufacturing at its BotQ high-volume production facility. The company has achieved a 24x throughput improvement, ramping production from 1 Figure 03 robot per day to 1 per hour in under 120 days.

Over 350 third-generation humanoid robots have been delivered from the facility. The manufacturing success was enabled by developing efficient production lines powered by custom-built manufacturing execution software running across over 150 networked workstations.

The quality improvements are significant: end-of-line first pass yield now exceeds 80%, the battery line has achieved 99.3% first-pass yield with over 500 packs shipped, and more than 9,000 actuators across 10 distinct SKUs have been produced.

This production scale enables faster data collection and fleet growth, accelerating the development of Helix - Figure AI humanoid foundation model - and enabling next-generation autonomous capabilities.
